The Piegan Family of Reuben Black Boy in Full Color (1910)

This is Reuben Black Boy and his family. They were Piegan Indians, part of the Blackfeet Nation in Northern Montana near Glacier National Park.

The original black and white photo was taken by famed photographer Edward S. Curtis in 1910. He was the premier portrait photographer of the American West.

It has been beautifully colorized with rich, true to life colors by Okkama Colorizations, now providing services exclusively at The Psychogenealogist.

You can see them side by side and enlarge them here.
